Day 1 · Drive Kathmandu → Besisahar → Chame
Long scenic drive up the Marsyangdi valley to Chame (2,670 m).

Day 2 · Chame → Pisang
Forested trail beneath Paungda Danda rock face to Pisang (3,300 m).

Day 3 · Pisang → Manang
Upper route via Ghyaru for Annapurna II and IV views, descending to Manang (3,540 m).

Day 4 · Acclimatisation day in Manang
Day hike to Gangapurna Lake or Ice Lake to aid acclimatisation.

Day 5 · Manang → Yak Kharka
Gentle climb into yak pastures at Yak Kharka (4,050 m).

Day 6 · Yak Kharka → Thorong Phedi
Short, careful climb to the base of the pass at Thorong Phedi (4,540 m).

Day 7 · Thorong Phedi → Thorong La → Muktinath
Pre-dawn start over Thorong La (5,416 m), then a long descent to the sacred town of Muktinath.

Day 8 · Muktinath → Marpha
Visit Muktinath temple, then descend through Kagbeni into the Kali Gandaki to apple-famous Marpha.

Day 9 · Marpha → Tatopani
Travel down-valley to the riverside hot springs of Tatopani (1,190 m).

Day 10 · Tatopani → Ghorepani
Steady climb through rhododendron forest to Ghorepani (2,860 m).

Day 11 · Poon Hill sunrise → Tadapani
Dawn climb of Poon Hill for the Dhaulagiri–Annapurna panorama, then trek to Tadapani.

Day 12 · Tadapani → Ghandruk → Nayapul → Pokhara
Descend through Gurung Ghandruk and drive to lakeside Pokhara.

Day 13 · Pokhara at leisure
Relax by Phewa Lake; optional boating or a Sarangkot sunrise.

Day 14 · Drive/fly Pokhara → Kathmandu
Return to Kathmandu and trip conclusion.
